About Grace & Ward

Grace & Ward is a Dutch textile art studio founded by Anika and Sjoerd.

Together, as life and creative partners, we design and create one-of-one hand-tufted artworks that add colour, texture and depth to the spaces they become part of.

What started as a shared interest in textiles, interiors and making by hand has grown into a studio practice shaped by craftsmanship, curiosity and creative freedom.

Our approach

Every Grace & Ward artwork is one of one.From the first composition to the final framing, each decision is made with close attention to colour, balance and material. Different tufting techniques, pile heights and hand carved details allow us to build surfaces that can be experienced.

We believe that art should do more than fill a wall.
It should bring character to a space, reveal new details over time and give the eye somewhere to return.

Each work is therefore created as an individual piece, with its own composition, tactile character and story.
