Domestic Shipping of non-commissioned items:

Tracking your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Delivery issues

Return Policy
Returns and cancellations of non-commissioned items
If you wish to return any non-commissioned item purchased from Grace & Ward they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Items must be in their original state. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to Grace & Ward in its original state and without any damage. Delivery charges are not refunded. Grace & Ward will refund the cost of the item in full.
In the unlikely event, there is an issue with the quality of the product or it is not the product ordered, we will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible. Please contact us to explain your specific queries and agree on a course of action.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return for approval, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Under your contract with Grace & Ward, the supply of goods (your artwork) is made specifically to meet your specifications and therefore your order cannot be canceled after it has been ordered. In the highly unlikely event, your rug does not match your specification or you believe there may be issues with the quality of the product, we will endeavor to resolve the situation to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
