Commissioning an artwork
On receipt of a commission, you will be provided with a specification, an approximate timescale for delivery, and a price, which will include a price for delivery.
The full payment in advance is required for all commissions which are non-refundable. Work is not started on any rug before the payment is received. On paying you are entering into a contract with us for the provision of artwork, agreeing to the specification provided by Grace & Ward, and paying the total price quoted at a date to be agreed upon. You are also agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Once the payment is received, a charge may be applicable to change the specification of your design. We will always try and incorporate the changes required by the customer, they may not always be possible once work on your piece has started.
