A one-one textile artwork, created for your space.

We translate your space, ideas, memories or personal references into an original hand-tufted artwork, developed around your preferred dimensions, colour palette and atmosphere.

A custom hand-tufted rug can complement your existing decor or be used to add a bold statement piece to the space

Each custom piece we create is unique and distinct from any previous designs.
Whatever you have in mind, we have the expertise and experience to help you realise your dream rug.

From first conversation to final placement.

We guide you through each stage of the custom piece, from defining the creative direction to the completion and delivery of the artwork.

consultation

We begin with a conversation about the space, preferred dimensions and the atmosphere you would like the artwork to bring into the interior.

You are welcome to share photographs and/or visual references. Based on these, we advise on scale, composition, colour and placement.

design & production

We translate the agreed direction into a considered design proposal, including the composition, dimensions and colour palette. You will have the opportunity to review the proposal and provide feedback before the design is finalised.

Once approved, the artwork is created by hand in our studio. Different tufting techniques, pile heights and hand-finished details are used to build depth & texture.

COMPLETION & DELIVERY

After completion, the artwork is carefully finished, inspected and prepared for delivery. Depending on its dimensions and destination, we can arrange personal delivery, specialised transport or international shipment.

Every artwork is accompanied by its certificate of authenticity.
Placement or installation by an external company can be discussed where required.

Commissioning an artwork
Before production begins, you will receive a written proposal confirming the design direction, dimensions, estimated timeframe, price and delivery arrangements.

Production starts once the proposal has been approved and payment has been received. Because each custom is created specifically for the client, custom artworks cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Full details are provided in the custom agreement with the proposal and under our Terms & Conditions.
